thank you for visiting nuttysparks.com. the following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
domestic shipping policy
shipment processing time
all orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
safe delivery location
please ensure that your delivery address is secure and safe for the delivery courier to deliver your orders. if it isn’t, and your order gets stolen or goes missing after the delivery scan shows “delivered”, then it will be your responsibility to liase with the courier or place a new order. we are only responsible for your order until it makes it to your delivery address as “delivered”.
also, keep in mind that candles are heat sensitive and will melt and deform if you decide to have them delivered to a community postbox like those placed on the street. those are made of metal and will get very hot. if you want your ordered delivered to your doorstep instead, please message us and ask for your order to be send UPS instead.
shipping rates
shipping costs are dependent on order volume.
shipment confirmation & order tracking
you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
